1、安川機器人油箱內(nèi)壓力開高

在封閉齒輪減速器中,每對諧波齒輪嚙合摩擦產(chǎn)生熱量,根據(jù)博伊爾的馬略特定律,以及較長的操作時間,減速機器人底盤溫度逐漸升高,而減速常數(shù)內(nèi)的容積的外殼,從而使罐壓力增加,箱體內(nèi)通過潤滑油經(jīng)飛濺,灑在實現(xiàn)減速控制機箱內(nèi)壁。由于油的滲透性比較強,在箱內(nèi)工作壓力下,哪一處密密封不嚴(yán),安川機器人減速機漏油維修,哪里的油會漏出來。
In a closed gear reducer, heat is generated by the meshing friction of each pair of harmonic gears. According to Boyle's Mallort's law and a longer operating time, the chassis temperature of the deceleration robot gradually increases. The volume of the casing within the deceleration constant increases the tank pressure, and lubricating oil splashes into the inner wall of the gearbox to achieve deceleration control. Due to the strong permeability of oil, under the working pressure inside the box, where the sealing is not tight, the Yaskawa robot gearbox leaks oil for repair, and where the oil will leak out.

If the designed reducer is not equipped with a ventilation hood, the robot reducer cannot achieve pressure equalization, and the robot technology drives the system module and maintenance, resulting in higher pressure inside the box and oil leakage.

安川機器人通過減速機產(chǎn)品在運轉(zhuǎn)過程中,油池被攪動得很特別厲害,潤滑油在機內(nèi)人員到處飛濺,如果我們加油量過多,使大量潤滑油積聚在軸封、粘結(jié)表面等,導(dǎo)致泄漏。

在安川機器人減速機漏油維修時,由于工作面上污物不徹底,或密封膠選用管理不當(dāng)、密封件設(shè)計方向裝反,不及時更換密封件等也會造成漏油。
