(1)柔性高尤其適合小批量的三維鈑金切割。

其高柔性主要表現(xiàn)在兩個方面:

,對材料的適應性強,激光切割機通過數(shù)控程序基本可以切割任意板材。

第二,加工路徑由程序控制,如果加工對象發(fā)生變化,只須修改程序即可,這一點在零件修邊、切孔時體現(xiàn)得尤為明顯。由于修邊模、沖孔模對其他不同零件的加工無能為力,而且模具的成本高,所以目前三維激光切割有取代修邊模、沖孔模的趨勢。一般來說,三維機械加工的夾具設計及其使用比較復雜,但激光加工時對被加工板材不施加機械加工力,這使得夾具制作變得很簡單。此外,一臺激光設備如果配套不同的硬件和軟件,就可以實現(xiàn)多種功能。

總之,在實際生產(chǎn)中,三維激光切割在提高產(chǎn)品質量、生產(chǎn)效率,縮短產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期、降低勞動強度、節(jié)省原材料等方面優(yōu)勢明顯。因此,盡管設備成本高、一次性投資大,國內還是有很多汽車、飛機生產(chǎn)廠家購進了三維激光加工機,部分高校也購進了相應設備進行科研,三維激光技術勢必在我國制造業(yè)中發(fā)揮著越來越大的作用。

第四,采用工業(yè)機器人+光纖激光器的組合進行加工,修邊沖孔等工藝一次完成,切口整齊無需后道工藝再處理,這樣既大大縮短了工藝流程,降低了人工成本和模具費用的投入,也提高了產(chǎn)品檔次和附加值。選配離線編程軟件,通過數(shù)值模擬直接生成切割軌跡,拋棄了繁雜的人工示教,更加適合小批量多批次的維修市場、新品試制和非標定制等個性化的切割需求。三種加工方式對比如附表所示。
